Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special clearance events
- Intimate apparel including lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- Login to your account and go to "My Orders" or contact our customer service team.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Fill out the return form with the reason for return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Hand over to courier - we'll arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping label.
- Track your return using the tracking number provided.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll send you an email confirmation that your return has been received.
- Your return will be inspected within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund to bank account (you'll need to provide account details)
- Store Credit: Immediate (optional, with 10% bonus credit)
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges for eligible items:
- First exchange is FREE (including shipping)
- Exchange must be for the same product in a different size
- Subject to availability
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
- No return shipping charges for damaged/defective items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post)
- Contact your bank (processing time varies)
